Began running in 78. Had a 10 yr streak from 81 - 91. Have atrial fibrillation so not running but want too again. Any suggestions from others with afib?
Baseball: Played through Jr. College. Played adult leagues after. Coached from tee ball to high school. No better game than baseball!!
Travel: A huge Yosemite fan. Would love to hear from others who love the valley experience and the many hikes.
Athletic Training: I have atrial fibrillation and wonder if anyone else with it still runs. I miss running and want to get back to it but must watch heartrate etc.
Running: Began running in 78. Had a 10 year streak from 81 to 91. PR's: 26.2, 3:17, half 85:40, 10k 39:40. Have afib now but want to run again. Any afiber out there?
